Kenyan based zoologist, presenter, photographer and illustrator Jonathan is probably best known to the UK audiences for his appearance on such shows as “Big Cat Diary”, ”Big Cat Week” and “Elephant Diaries” to name but a few. His most recent appearance on our screens was as a presenter of the two part BB2 series “The Truth about Lions”.
Jonathan was born in the UK but has made Africa his home since 1974. He divides his time between his ongoing worldwide TV commitments, his writing and illustrating work and if this wasn’t enough to keep him busy alongside his wife, renowned photographer Angie Scott, they host worldwide photographic Safaris and Photo Workshops.
Jonathan and Angie have been loyal supporters of Birdfair and are always engaging and entertaining in their beautifully illustrated lectures.
